We do not have an inventory of pre-manufactured homes. We are a small team and build our homes to our clients’ specifications.

Yes 100%. We are designers as well as builders. We love a good design challenge and are always in the lookout to work with clients and bring their tiny home dreams to life.

However, there are cost savings if you were to start off with a design we have built already.

We recommend allocating min 2 months for design and planning. The build process of a house can take 6-8 months depending on complexity.

Currently, we do not do site preparation, foundation and any of the service connections at the site.

We require the site to be prepared and foundation implemented to the specifications (which we will provide) prior to delivery and installation of your home.

We can ship our Tiny Homes on Wheels across Canada and the US.

Our Prefab Modular Homes are assessed on a case by case basis to ensure feasibility.

We have financing available through Canadian Financial for our Tiny Homes on Wheels.

Our Prefab Modular Homes are permitted and inspected modular buildings (OBC compliant) through municipal building departments and can qualify for a construction loan. We recommend that you contact your bank and or financial advisor.
